Shipping Costs & Times

We do our best to get every order out the door within 2-3 business days from receipt. Once we hand your package over to the carrier, it is up to the respective carrier to deliver it to you within their promised time. We will always provide you with tracking information for your package and in the rare occasion when something does go wrong in transit, we will assist you in every possible way in getting it delivered to you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates - Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based on the dollar amount of each order and applied according to the following schedule:

Estimated Delivery Times - Most orders arrive within 4-6 days once shipped, with the time dependent upon the carrier and the destination. Items temporarily backordered because of increased demand or limited supply are shipped as soon as they become available.

Exchange & Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and we guarantee that. If you are not completely satisfied return your purchase for a REFUND OR EXCHANGE, no questions asked. Sorry, refunds will not include shipping charges.
